Connie Jabara’s passion lies in helping a variety of people find insurance that suits their unique needs. Connie specializes in helping people who are self-employed, recently divorced, and anyone who is responsible for finding their own insurance.
She also assists small to mid-sized businesses with building benefit packages that will help them recruit and retain talented employees. She listens to her clients so that she can understand their needs and wants when it comes to providing a benefit package that fits their budget. Through these conversations, she is able to learn what the employees want and can educate the employers on the options available for their specific situation.
Connie graduated from Wichita State University and completed a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University. Prior to working in employee benefits and health insurance she spent many years in training and development and teaching at the collegiate level. It is her love of education and problem solving that has led her to being a valued resource in the world of employee benefits.
